About the Event

Racial Trauma, Power & Privilege

Racism =

  • Power + Race Prejudice
  • A system of advantage based on race
  • A system of oppression based on race

In May, we brought you a conversation about mental health and only a few days following our event George Floyd was killed while in police custody.   And now, racial trauma Is a public health emergency.

It's time to learn how each of us can take action and think differently.  We have invited James McKim, Managing Partner of Organizational Ignition, and Cornelia Shipley, CEO of 3C Consulting LLC to join us for an interactive conversation to learn what we can do and how we can change our perspective.

Now we want to invite you to learn more about racial trauma and how not acknowledging and recognizing where power and privilege exists is creating a racism pandemic.
